How to choose the best women’s running shoes

Now, let’s start with how to choose the best running shoe for women. As for a woman ‘shoes, it provides wider toe box and forefoot to gauge woman’s anatomy efficiently. Whereas, it’s heel is slimmer.

Coming to the wettest, it helps to clarify what functions the running shoe need to support your feet. Firstly, you dip the sole of your foot in a bowl of water. Then you place your foot on a paper and draw a line border around your foot left imprint.

The arch type and flexibility

Afterward, check out three key factors to figure your type of runner.

- Low arch/ High flexibility:

It means your arch will collapse through the gait cycle. As your feet is very flexible, it leads to severe foot-inward roll. So, you are recommended wearing a shoe with a maximum support and provided motion control. This kind of shoe with its wider sole could help you better stabilized. For this reason, I suggest the New Balance 1340 or the Brooks Beast. Interestingly, only 10 percent of the runner has a flat arch.

- Moderate Arch/Moderate Flexibility

For this type, you are in 80 percent of athletes. Specifically, your foot rolls inward excessively or overpronating. Also, your feet which are relatively flexible need supported by the shoe with stability featured like the Nike Luna Glide.

- High Arch/Low Flexibility

If you are in this under pronator group that accounts for 30% of total you, you have an efficient running gait. Because of the high, rigid arched-foot, your foot does not roll inward during a gait cycle. It suggests wearing cushioning and neutral support shoes like the Brooks Ghost or the Asics Cumulus.

Preferences

Alter finding out how much support your running shoes required, and you should ask yourself how much padding you ‘d to enjoy while running. If you enjoy a feeling between a ground connected and some cushioning, you would like the Newton Gravity.

Unless you prefer to experience the more natural feeling alike to running barefoot, then the Morell Trail Glove is an ideal choice. Because this minimalist running shoe has pretty little cushioning, your feet are least hindered from contacting with the ground than before.

In case you are not keen on feeling so close to the ground but enjoy the feeling of floating on the pillow-soft cloud, I suggest the Nike Vomero. With its maximum cushioning, your feet are totally comfortable on provided plush padding.

Body frame

At last, a body weight is apparently important factor to consider when choosing running shoes. You know that there are 3 to 5 times of your body weight on your feet when running? It’s a huge capacity that requires your feet, muscles, and joints to prop up.

For instance, I weigh 169 Ibs and tall 5'7”. So, I was recommended to wear the sufficient cushioning shoes like the Asics Nimbus or the New Balance Minimus.

Top 10 best running shoes for women

Here are ten reviews of women’s shoes. Over half of the below footwears, I have experienced myself in many types of track. The rest of them I research for more accurate information from my circle of acquaintances’ testimonials and you’ comments on online shoe-niche websites.

For more specifically, I am the supinator runner with high-arched feet, apparently. I have started my daily running habit for years varied from a treadmill exercise, trail or road running to rock climbing and stream crossing. That’s why I am not only passionate toward shoes, but I am required to try on different shoes for my running efficiency. It is funny that many of my friends thought I purposely do a collection of running shoes for women.

1. Brooks Women's Glycerin 14 Running Shoe

Brooks Women's Glycerin 14 Running Shoe

When I put the shoe for my first time, it made me feel entirely comfortable in the upper. And I was indeed impressed with the sock-like fit. You may feel its thick layer midsole made of super DNA material somehow slightly compressing when walking and running. This pair promisingly fits the overpronation runner as Brook Glycerin 14 stops your foot from rolling inward.

However, it's overlaying wrapping around the heel is suggested to be thicker to secure and fit the foot better. In fact, Brooks Women's Glycerin 14 Running Shoe stays quite similar to the predecessor. It includes the usage of the super DNA material of the midsole, a caterpillar crash pad, and the grooves of the outsole as previously described. Furthermore, its high abrasion material is made of rubber, leading to the increase of durability.

Durable, yet lightweight, this material of the midsole delivers sufficient cushioning for almost all foam units. And shock absorption of the shoe can be afforded by its platform. The lightweight material of Brooks Glycerin 14’s outsole unit gives its mid-sole the reliable protection directly from tear and wear. Two compounds made of rubber make up such layer. One of them delivers the durable shielding, and the other offers extra flexibility and cushioning, particularly during its’ toe-off phase.

Pros

  • The plush crash pad on the outsole enhances my shoe’s traction apparently on all road conditions.
  • Provide spacious upper that comforts my feet significantly.
  • Superior outsole grip on various types of terrains (such as flat/her soil, rocky road.)
  • A welded overlay segment gives a more responsive ride.
  • Premium appearance design, plus an attractive color combination.

Cons

  • A large shoe heel offset makes the ride unpleasant and heel-to-toe transition unsmooth.
  • A cushioning does not provide enough support for an intense running schedule.
  • The upper easily absorbs water. Many suggestions for thicker mid-sole by adding more molded EVA foam.
  • The thick outsole contributes to its weight that leads to a troublesome strike. Also, it makes the shoe less breathable.

Rating: 8.9/10

Overall, the Brook Women's Glycerin 14 Running Shoe is assured for flat-arched runners in term of quality and efficient; especially people has plantar fasciitis.

2. Saucony Women’s Triumph 11

Saucony Women’s Triumph 11

Honestly, the Saucony Triumph 11 is my top-of-mind neutral cushioning shoe as it offers an excellent arch support with more 20% cushioning than a standard midsole. Though it’s a bit heavy for me (255 gm), my feet are comfortable in its sock-like fitting sole and are well protected by an external heel collar. Its upper unit uses the breathable fabric in order to cover your foot in the well-ventilated status. This responsive and soft material keeps your foot comfortable most of the time.

The Saucony Women’s Triumph 11 gives you a very comfortable and plush underfoot experience. As a matter of fact, it features the upper technology which allows your foot to fit like a sock. Also, its foam technology of the mid-sole is efficient to deliver the balanced cushioning. With such feature, this shoe can be crafted well to encourage you to perform and execute at its best. Its ISOFIT technology truly conforms to your foot’s shape and movements. Besides, its mid-sole features the cushioning system which delivers the well-balanced experience of underfoot. That is the reason why it is mildly springy and soft.

Durable, yet lightweight, this material of the midsole delivers sufficient cushioning for almost all foam units. And shock absorption of the shoe can be afforded by its platform. The lightweight material of Saucony’s outsole unit gives its mid-sole the reliable protection directly from tear and wear. Two compounds made of rubber make up such layer. One of them delivers the durable shielding, and the other offers extra flexibility and cushioning, particularly during its’ toe-off phase.

Pros

  • Deep appreciation toward the ProGrd and ResponTek platform mixed materials. With these upgrades, the shoe apparently attenuates shock in each strike and provides smoother transition throughout the gait.
  • Air Mesh upper improves the shoe’s breathability without increasing the weight.
  • Many you confirm the shoes gives them extra control and stability over the stance of a wearer.
  • Greater durability and traction on various types of terrains thanks to its XT-900 outsole material and IBR+.
  • My feet are kept cool and dry due to its interior environment which is supported by the HydraMAX Collar Lining.
  • The shoe is staved off moisture and manages odor well.
  • The ISOFIT upper fits my feet like a glove and does not restrict my toes wiggling at all.
  • Provide a broad range of design and color options.

Cons

  • Its’ stiff nature limits my feet flexibly moving.
  • I notice the sole unit and upper easily wore out after few months wearing (approx. 400 miles).
  • A high price.

Rating: 8.8/10

Overall, thanks to its smoother transition (8mm offset) that provides sufficient cushioning and a rigid traction, I am granted a natural riding.

3. ASICS's Women GEL-Nimbus 18

This shoe is markedly recommended for the under-pronation runner. Evidently, I am appealed by the Asics. Indeed, its smooth upper fabric, a super enjoyable Gel® Cushioning and its quality performance are worth applauding. However, I am a bit disappointed at its stiff and unwieldy upper. Also, the narrow forefoot area somehow declines my satisfaction of it. Asics utilizes the soft rubber under the standards of the industry in its forefoot and the harder durable material in the high-wear zones to maximize durability and comfort.

Being the most updated version in the ASICS’s successful line of GEL-Nimbus, its outsole has an amount of the rubber, except beneath its heel as well as along its Guidance Line. In fact, Asics combines this version successfully with the Trusstic System so it can provide the efficiency of the enhanced gait and the additional midfoot structure. This plastic System prevents all twisting motions when moving along the shoe length. Meanwhile, its guidance line may encourage this shoe to be flexible in some specific areas.

Overall, its outsole looks pretty similar to its previous model. Right above such outsole are its forefoot and rearfoot system of gel cushioning, which grabs our eyes. It is a transparent material which was wedged right beneath the forefoot and heel. Asics picked that system because it can reduce shock while toe-off and landing. With the design purpose to serve heel strikers, Asics uses the FluidRide midsole which combines lightweight durability and cushioning.

Pros

  • The mid-foot support system enhances and guides my gait efficiently.
  • Undoubtedly no shock when striking foot on the ground thanks to its featured Gel® cushioning system.
  • A full-length cushioning platform amazes me of its competent responsiveness.
  • Remarkably, my knee and back pain are staved off partly after wearing it for a while.
  • True-to-size shoes.
  • Offer different color schemes and updated styles.

Cons

  • Many you give common complaint about its narrow toe box.
  • It’s stiff mid-sole discomforts the runner’s feet and legs considerably.
  • Many holes appeared in my shoe’s inner heel areas as this section is quickly worn-out.

The Asics GEL-Nimbus 18 can be the premium cushioned choice targeting serious users looking for the durable trainer with the stable ride every day.

4. Nike Women's Air Zoom Structure 20

This pair is one of my best favorite running shoes as it can handle different workouts and running routines, especially my road and light trail running. Importantly, as a supinator runner, I could count on it due to its excellent delivery of comfort, arch support, and protection. Also, thanks to a great provided durability and breathability, my feet feel at ease despite long-hour running.

The Nike Women's Air Zoom Structure 20 is the well cushioned running shoe for high mileage training. It offers high to moderate support for women having the over-pronation. The shoe has several direct competitors like the Asics GT-2000 series, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS, the Mizuno Wave Inspire, and the Saucony Guide. This version was entirely rebuilt from its ground-up. However, its feel does not change much from its previous versions.

Pros

  • A spacious wiggle room is sufficiently given to rest my foot.
  • An extra width given with a luxurious inner sleeve make the shoe comfortable to wear.
  • Soft and responsive cushioning that enhances a running efficiency.
  • Impressive durable outsole.
  • Various options of difference colors.
  • The cost is affordable.

Cons

  • It is designed to support for the neutral runner for daily running. Hence, if you have a flat-arched foot, it is advised not to pick this shoe.
  • Its visibility has truly low reflectivity.
  • I experienced heel slippage many times. So, a padding around heel should be added to tighten my feet snugly.

Rating: 8.6/10

The Nike Zoom Structure 20 can be a great shoe for over-pronating users as it offers responsive toe-off and soft cushioning, considering a realible option for the daily trainer.

5. New Balance Women's Zante V3

No matter you are in a fast-paced daily running or a haft-marathon, this excellent fast training shoe could wear on all types of terrains (flat trail, treadmill or track). Plus, a heel crash pad which is made from a hard carbon rubber helps to enhance the outsole's durability evidently. If you enjoy a great cushioning and energy transfer from a midfoot-to-heel strike, the V3 perfectly satisfies your need as for its 6mm gradient platform and EVA foam. But the feature gains most interest is its lightweight (8.8 Oz), especially with a reasonable price.

You may see that the New Balance Women' Zante V3 owns more features similar to the Zante V2 than those with its first iteration. The upper borrows the design elements partially from the Zante V1. However, as the ride can be concerned, it can be the same to its latest predecessor. It is truly firmer and somehow closer toward the territory of Vazee Pace when compared to the initial Zante.

Pros

  • Thanks to its Fresh Foam, the shoe provides more real barefoot-like running despite its thick cushioning.
  • Abundant plush insole and sufficient padding around heel comfort the foot during a long run.
  • Superior ride quality and nice responsiveness offered.
  • The seamless and irritation-free forefoot upper enhance the shoe's breathability apparently.
  • Provide plenty of colors to choose.

Cons

  • Some blister may be caused by the tightness wrapping the mid-foot.
  • The narrow toe box makes the foot relatively uncomfortable.
  • The coverage outsole is required to remove because of its unnecessary role and adding the shoe's weight.

Rating: 8.5/10

The 5. New Balance Women's Zante V3 was lightweight enough to use for your fast runs while its midsole was packed with the enough cushioning in order to go all distances.

6. Women's Nike Air Zoom Vomero 12

Based on my experiences so far, with a lofty and plush cushioning, the Vomero significantly comforts the foot during long running. Indeed, it gives me a significant softness and high responsiveness bounce when landing on the ground. Besides, thanks to its internal boot, the shoe grants my feet the sock-like fit. And the Flywire cable with its adaptive features assists me substantially in tying shoelaces. Specifically, the pair is suitable for the neutral runner, especially when running on a road surface.

Honestly, there is no sign of wear so far thanks to the durable rubber outsole and enduring upper. Plus, a humble weight of 266gm is seriously a good point. This shoe utilizes a combination of both Air Zoom and Lunarlon technologies. It is considered the first Nike Vomero version I have ever tried with the flexible midsole material. Besides, the Nike Women's Air Zoom Vomero 12 has several grooves across its outsole which allow it to flex freely.

Pros

  • Much deep appreciation for its Flywire cable that helps to secure the forefoot better.
  • The foam technology apparently enhances its responsiveness.
  • An ideal shoe for the long distance run as for the long-wearing outsole, it's mileage durability is improved significantly.
  • Regarding an aesthetic, I am quite into its reflective coating upper.
  • A wide range of color scheme provided.

Cons

  • Personally, the price is relatively high.

Rating: 8.4/10

The Nike Women's Air Zoom Vomero 12 can be considered a stable update or redesign to one of the most cushioned models of this brand.

7. Merrell Women's Pace Glove 3

If you are a fan of minimalist shoe or greatly interested in barefoot-like running, the Merrell 3 totally is an ideal choice. In comparison with its last two versions, Merrell 3 has done extremely well at delivering a quality casual footwear with superior durability and exceptional easefulness. Besides, the Merrell 3’s remarkable versatility allows you to wear daily from running errands, structured workouts to casual cycling or long backpack trips. However, due to few provided cushioning, you could not look for an increase in speed at the Merrell.

In my opinion, this well-designed minimalist shoe easily attracts people who get used to the barefoot with a low heel-to-toe transition and highly value the shoe's longevity. As for its zero drops, it provides completely more real ground contact. Also, it is guaranteed to keep your feet stay uninjured and healthy. Its’ mesh and TPU synthetics material helps the foot stay dry and cool. The Vibram® outsole delivers confident grip even on a slippery terrain and also enhances the shoe’s durability.

Pros

  • As for its zero drops, it provides completely more real ground contact.
  • It is guaranteed to keep your feet stay uninjured and healthy.
  • No break in period, so your feet are easily accustomed to the barefoot-like running and quickly able to hit the trail right off the bat.
  • Having ultra-light upper mold, the lightweight (167 gm) and decent breathability, you would feel like nothing on feet.
  • Its’ mesh and TPU synthetics material helps the foot stay dry and cool.
  • The Vibram® outsole delivers confident grip even on a slippery terrain and also enhances the shoe’s durability.
  • Your feet are well protected from sharp objects by the super thin heel.
  • The wider toe boxes are given for my toes splaying
  • Easy to wash. You could put straight in a washing machine on the gentle cycle.
  • Reasonable-priced footwear.
  • Offer a vibrant design with 5 color scheme options.

Cons

  • A majority of runner got blisters due to its yet optimized inner construction.
  • The lacing system needs improving to tight a foot snugly and constantly.
  • Many you suggest a tad more cushioning to comfort their feet better.

Rating: 8.3/10

Having ultra-light upper mold, the lightweight (167 gm) and decent breathability, you would feel like nothing on feet with the Merrell Women's Pace Glove 3.

8. New Balance Women's WR00 Minimus

New Balance Women's WR00 Minimus Running Shoe

Do you enjoy an evident ground feel? If yes, undeniably, this great looking shoe meets your demand. Sincerely, 2 reasons I fall in love with the Minimus are its super lightweight (164gm) and the speed-up function. But the feature makes you astonishing most is its great protection elements (for example, TPU upper protection at the toe box). Indeed, the foot is thoroughly protected from a rocky debris thanks to its sewn tongue and tight synthetic mesh upper. As for its responsiveness, not only does an optimal stack height (29mm heel, 21mm forefoot) revive the runner's energy but also save up their power.

Plus, its’ platform is noticeably wide to stabilize and allow you sense a proprioception clearly. Supination, which is opposite overpronation, will take place when your ankles and feet bow out rather than tilt in. Therefore, when the outside wears out much faster than insides, it can be a big deal because it will trigger smooth transition So if the outsides of your shoes wear out faster than the insides, this could be your problem. It creates a smooth transition as you move from heel to toe. The rubber in the outsole is light and flexible while the density foam supplies the best thing of both worlds: against the foot and for support.

Pros

  • The no-seam upper gives the shoe no wear points.
  • The adaptive shoelace system keeps the foot being tightened.
  • Mesh upper is waterproof. Hence, I am no afraid during a stream crossing.
  • A wider upper room with EVA foam enhances the shoe's breathability.
  • Its’ antimicrobial treatment radically manages the odor issue well.
  • 5 colors option offered.

Cons

  • The platform is not tight enough to avoid my foot moving around.
  • No lace around the heel causes the heel slippery, especially inconvenient when going uphill.
  • Many you found the outsole were torn away when wore on difficult traits.

Rating: 8.2/10

In short, the platform of the New Balance Women's Minimus is noticeably wide to stabilize and allow you sense a proprioception clearly.

9. Brook Women's Ghost 9

Brook Women's Ghost 9

This latest version is my current running shoe. During six months, I find this lightweight shoe (258gm) reliefs my long-run experience considerably. Indeed, a major support comes from a soft and plush interior. Also, my Achilles feels much cozier thanks to an additional padding around the heel collar. However, what draws me in at first is its engineered mesh upper and a great assistance for my supination-rolls. Specifically, if you are an under pronator, this Brook is an ideal transition toward a more minimal shoe.

The sole of the Brook Ghost 9 is where Brooks updated the least. The cushioning of the shoe is largely similar to its predecessor’s model, with its major change laying in its stack height directly in its heel dropping between 35mm and 30mm. Even though its heel-toe stays of 12mm, its lower stack of the heel makes its’ ride feel grounded. As a matter of fact, Brooks uses the DNA foam named BioMoGo to cushion every step. Such cushioning does an excellent job to adapt to the stride as well as displace the pressure on its shoe soles.

Pros

  • The plush crash pad on the outsole enhances my shoe’s traction apparently on all road conditions.
  • Provide spacious upper that comforts my feet significantly.
  • Superior outsole grip on various types of terrains (etc. flat/her soil, rocky road.)
  • A welded overlay segment gives a more responsive ride.
  • Premium appearance design, plus an attractive color combination.

Cons

  • A large shoe heel offset (12mm) makes the ride unpleasant and heel-to-toe transition unsmooth.
  • A cushioning does not provide enough support for an intensive running schedule.
  • The upper easily absorbs water. Many suggestions for thicker mid-sole by adding more molded EVA foam.
  • The thick outsole contributes to its weight 344gr that leads to a troublesome strike. Also, it makes the shoe less breathable.

Rating: 8.1/10

The Brooks Women’s Ghost 9 can be a cushioned shoe for neutral trainers as it keeps propelling the users forward while making you feels well cushioned and fast for all longer runs.

10. Mizuno Women's Wave Universe 5

My running buddies are so into a racing flat and completely enjoy barefoot running. That’s why there is no surprise this minimally constructed shoe which provides the minimal sole, ultralight weight and roomy toe box satisfies them. As for my overpronation, I should wear shoes with arch support. But if you love barefoot-like running that gives an optimal touch to the track under your feet, you could content with Mizuno’s flatter shoe. Interestingly, many minimalist shoe fan favors it for the fastest speed.

In fact, the Mizuno Women's Wave Universe 5 can be incredibly lightweight. You put this shoe on and feels like wearing nothing. Given that the shoe weighs little, its construction can be minimal. Its upper is designed with the well ventilated and thin mesh. There is no structure to its upper, apart from the flexible tab directly at the heel back. A large improvement over its previous versions is the ditched material which used well to line its ankle collar inside.

Pros

  • It’s remarkable lightweight (2.8 Oz) and flexibility gives the runner complete pleasure.
  • The racing flat runner enjoys a great ground feel brought by the G3 SOLE technology. Plus, the shoe is greatly enhanced its traction firmly.
  • It’s heel-to-toe drop (2mm) and noticeably soft midsole foam grants you the only 5mm distance between your feet and the road.
  • An extremely light, thin and seamless upper helps the shoe customized and protects well the runner’s foot.
  • A nonrestrictive overlay upper allows wearing without sock but feel cozy.
  • The midsole is improved by the U4ic technology that delivers a smooth ride.
  • Provided 5 loops to lace, its laces are lightest apparently. Plus, the tongue is superior light as well.
  • Many you are grateful for its superb breathability that solves odor issue well.

Cons

  • Though it is designed as a minimalist shoe with the light construction, many you suggest adding necessary cushioning.
  • The runner realized it becomes seriously tight when wearing it without socks.
  • It costs highly.

Rating: 8.0/10

The Mizuno Women's Wave Universe 5 is popular among the barefoot style due to the remarkable performance regarding the durability, flexibility, and smooth transition.

10 Best running shoes for women

Best running shoes for women by brands

As far as you may know, the brand can be one of the most critical factors you should consider when buying shoes. However, the arches of your feet need shock absorber for support and comfort whatever the chosen brand is. When you put the weight of your body over your feet, the system absorbs the impact from your knees, feet, ankles, and hips. That way, you can avoid injuries.

Furthermore, the best running shoes for women should help you to avoid all evident signs of overpronation. This issue means that the arches of your feet collapse when they hit or put impact to the ground. As a result, your ankles tend to rotate inward, and your knees try to compensate for the twisting motion. By equipping the appropriate technologies and designs, your most suitable running shoes should not disturb you at all. You see, when you have the condition, you have to support your gait at least three times more than the weight of their body.

By considering all of these factors, following are our suggested running shoes for women by brands

Top 3 best Nike running shoes for women

1. Nike Women’s Air Max 2017 Running Shoes

Nike Women’s Air Max 2017 Running Shoes

There are no other products which can compare with the full-length Air Max Running Shoes’ beauty. Its aesthetic depends on the consumers’ subjective evaluation, and the strong sales of Nike Air Max convince that many consumers are interested in these running shoes. According to a large number of users, the AM17’s visual template is fashionable and attractive. Also, the upper suits great. The toe area and forefoot are shallow, and snug but they do not bring the uncomfortable feelings. Also, the midfoot is excellent. There are no complaints about the heel. It totally grips well.

Turning to the drawbacks, the very first one is that Nike Air Max 2017 is prettily heavy. Let’s imagine that this feedback was about the potatoes sold in the supermarket. Instead, heavy weight meant that the whole money you spent on contains a better value. However, in regards to running shoes, the more lightweight they are, the better value they offer. Secondly, this product’s bag can be fragile easily. If you are not lucky, you will have to deal with many problems from the Air Max pressurized midsole. Moreover, this product sometimes contains the sharp object which somehow makes you waste a little bit money for a low-quality pair of shoe.

2. Nike Flyknit LunarEpic Low OC Women's Shoes

Nike Flyknit LunarEpic Low OC Women's Shoes

Lunarlon is the cushioning material creating the Nike Flyknit LunarEpic’s midsole. If you have not heard about Lunarlon before, then the first thing you should know is that it is the products designed by Nike. The purpose of cushioning is providing the ultra-plush one which is lightweight and springy. Both sides of LunarEpic midsole contain five lasers cut grooves spreading along the shoe’s length. Those grooves lie on the midsole inside and outside edge. They aim at flexing and compressing upon strike’s feet. When you flip the Nike running shoes over, you can discover the exclusive outsole design made of slightly more durable and sturdier material than Lunarlon. This shoe contains five different pods. One of them is in the shoe heel, while the others are in it forefoot. In fact, those pods lie on the outsole which is divided separately and consists of laser cut grooves.

3. Nike Women's Free Rn Flyknit Running Shoe

The Free RN Flyknit is about 55 ounces in weight. These minimalist shoes are in-line and very lightweight. This production brings the jogging experience which is nearly similar to the barefoot jogging on grass.

The highly flexible sole perfectly combines with the lightweight and fashionable cushioning. It means that you can totally consider the Nike Free RN as a great item since it provides the barefoot with great running feeling. Nonetheless, this can be a perfect choice for those running on the soft surfaces, not the hard ones. The Free RN running shoes could make you more comfortable and eliminate you running hobby.

Top 3 best Brooks running shoes for women

1. Brooks Women's Glycerin 14

The Glycerin 14 midfoot offers a durable inner sleeve which makes the tongue stationary, while the tongue and heel collar are also in charge of their plush business. The laces are stretchy and soft, so they bring the great feelings. That is why they are always available the Glycerin running shoe. The plush lining made of fabric can cover the whole surface of flexible and soft insole’s thick foam. This structure with the midsole foam plays an important role that makes the Glycerin 14 softer and sturdier. The ST is cited as the most responsive and lightest shoes. Even though Topo ST shoe does not enjoy popularity, they get a quite wide toe box. And it would be a good option for a wide forefoot. It can supply a better width in your toe box in comparison with other normal shoes which your toes can splay freely. The shoes are reduced in weight because of using printed uppers, airy mesh, and light. The sole is much thicker than other minimal shoes which serve to reduce the ability to sense many terrains. Topo ST is my selection for running via rougher paths. It is the combination of protection, lightness, and flexibility. They are truly true to size.
